Worse than dealing with Home Affairs
Despite NUMEROUS and arduous phone calls, emails, and even 3 visits to a branch - I still sit with a 'device fee' of nearly R5000 for a phone which was returned to MTN in Jan 2021! Ironically, the 'device fee' is for hardware returned to them within their (and the CPA's), 7 day cool off period. This is due to highly misleading upgrade tactics (through their approved 3rd party - 'Mobiles Plus'). Zero feedback on the initial query, not even basic acknowledgement. This is now 15 months later, and despite further (and costly) follow up's on the matter, their customer service is absolutely non-existent. This incompetence will soon affect my credit score -and BELIEVE ME, this little noise level will only get louder. Fix your business - even Home Affairs could give you some pointers.
