WORSE SERVICE, USELESS AND *********** STAFF WHO DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING

Worst company ever I get no assistance to Port my number to another network

I sent the request to port my number on the 26/07/2022 and it was rejected because they said they didn't get the OTP which i sent to them

i called and spoke to LINDIWE and Maggie in the porting department who requested that i go to Telkom to do it again on the 28th which i did, they advised that porting out was approved however still not done

I then called spoke to Aphelele Noqwaka and Vanessa Dlamini who said they dont know anything about porting and no port was done on my number

Mtn consultants are ***********, useless and dont know what they doing, Im stuck with a network i hate right now

Poor service i've experienced in my whole life
