Worse service received

Worst service I have ever gotten in my life, wouldn’t recomend this service provider to any one. And what hurts is that i’ve been with the company for more than 10 years and instead of improving they get worse and worse. Tell me why is it such a hurtful and draining experience to cancel a contract with this provider? Tell me the reason why everyone who works for this company is not skilled and has zero care for their customers, literally no knowledge at all. They provide a contract without giving out full information, you find majority of the things already in and when you want to cancel they take you for a ride. Nobody is taking accountability and they’ve debited me more thank 1k for something that I have never used. I regret the day I joined them.
