Worse Service Provider in Africa

I am trying to get an upgrade from the beginning of May already. I have mailed several departments to get the request activated but to no avail. I guess they simply do not want my business anymore. MTN is not accessible to their clients. I just called the contact centre and received a message that no one is availbe to take my call and i need to call back later. Your service is pathetic and shocking and I am sure that your client defection rates must be astronomical. I will galdly form part of that statististic. You are the worst service provider in Africa.
