Worse Service Ever From MTN stores

I have since upgraded in August 2022 & So i have had this phone for 2 months, the phone stopped working just heats up not even on charge and when i took it back to the mtn store at Galleria Mall they said i should take it to a mtn direct store which is in Pavallion and so i did, no help there as well as they wanted the delivery invoice yet i pay for this contract everymonth, the phone, box and cable was there but they could not help me, i called DSV the lady assisted me later said they need approval from mtn to release the delivery invoice and i must wait for they reply and it will be emailed to me, what bull **** running around is this...worse service ever total waste of my time and petrol
