Worse service ever, data lost
The most careless and none caring company ever yoo so in Balfour siyathemba we did not have network for the pass 2 weeks and this has been going on and off for 3 months now and we have been losing our week data now that am reporting this they are telling me that I should have told them duh.... I did with a different number now I have lost of week data and they are not willing to give it back, and they have this a gent by the name Noxolo who is supposed to be a supervisor what an arrangement human I want my data back imagen I have been a customer for over 20 years am disappointed

30 Mar 2022, 13:13So I got a call from the lady by the name of Hlengiwe shame she tried and actually assisted but I still don't like the way they handle things but am greatful to Hlengiwe she did a good job and at least talked to me like a human being
