Worse service ever by MTN

Im beyond dissapointed with MTN On 26 August I noticed that I was I was billed for additional contract I never took. Someone took IPhone on my name and my package was then changed

Since then I was billed 27 000,00 I kept on calling and only response I got was that my complaint if forwarded too *****. I never received minutes and data in September month as my case was still in ***** Now my services are suspended because they asked me to pay for the month of September for minutes and data I was.never given. Not to mention the inconvenience and additional costs I incurred for the whole month of Sep and October My contract is still not changed back to what I initially signed up for but instead I'm suspended.

I will never advise anyone to enter a contract with MTN.
