WORSE SERVICE EVER

I took cellphone contract with MTN September 2023, I made mistake when paying my account with reference number for two months. I called mtn and spoke to

Vathiswa Makhetha - February 2024 she promise to sort it out till to date And I called again after a month then I spoke to Nofundo Kunene - Saturday 23rd 15:10pm March 2024. I sent emails to Zizipho Qoba - she never rep****. I called again spoke to Agnes Mootana - April 19 at 15:20pm ( She tried helping and wrote notice under my complaint?. She never came back to me. Three different consultants failed to assist me , I sent them proof of payments. I spoke to Luvuyo Ncedo-supervisor, and sent him proof of payments thinking he will assist since consultants failed to assist, but the matter is still not resolved...I sent an email to mtn and i was told that my account is with Legal department .2023 till to date. I should have checked reviews 1st ,I regret taking contract with MTN.
