Worse service ever.

I have had it with MTN. It has now been almost 10 months of trying to get my cellphone contract transfered onto my name. I have submitted all the necessary documentation more than 3 times, which incl a 3 montha bank statement that cost me ever time I need to have it printed. Worse service ever!
