Worse service as I have more than 3 queries I'm my past 5yrs with them mainly due to lack of transparency and commited service delivery

What a useless brand, that always seeks to be run after, I've app**** for an upgrade from roween, on the 17th of December and I was promised the device to be delivered before the 4th as I wanted to gift my wife on Christmas day, till I realized I haven't received a call or message from the courier guys DSv on the 22nd, I then took it upon myself to recall them and ask about my status of delivery which I was told that I will receive the device by the 24th...just received a call from DSv confirming that I won't receive the devices today wherelse I got a call from mtn team confirmation that the devices will be delivered today. I would have canceled everything had I been told from the get go that I won't be able to get the device by the 24th as this now has affected my credit score because of an enquiry done. What purpose will this do if I don't get it to gift my wife, now im forced to get her a different present due to failure on mtn side. No sense of accountability and ownership at all. RUBBSIH Nxaa.
