Worse Service and incompetence

MTN continues to give worse service. I cancelled debit order because dey would go on dates not agreed to debit in my account. I then made EFT payments on the 20th at 7:25, the next day my number was suspended. I then called to advise of payment, its suspended again today. So it's been almost the whole day with a suspended number, bad service from social media team and call centre not operating.
