WORSE ONLINE SERVICE EVER!

I did an online application for a contract phone on the 28th of July and the following day a consultant called to complete the application which was successful and I was told I can expect delivery in 10 working days max. I’ve sent severals emails from yesterday and I was told someone will contact me and no one did. I reached out to the contact centre but was told they can’t assist with online applications after being transferred agent to agent, I now need this to cancel this contract but I am not getting joy from anyone. WHY HAVE AN ONLINE SERVICE WHICH CAUES CUSTOMERS HEADACHES? THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE?! MTN just reminded me why I left them in the 1st place. Your service is VERY POOR!
