WORSE Experience for the past 6 months

<p>Once again I’m here complaining about MTN along with Pinnacle Marketing. Like I have been writing previously, I’m being billed 2 insurances whereas I have one, it’s been 6 months and nothing has been done, Pinnacle Marketing keeps saying they logged a request with MTN and the 2nd insurance should be removed the following month but NO I still get billed, when I call MTN they used to direct me to Pinnacle Marketing saying that they can't do anything, but today i tried to call MTN once again on the ********** 084 number and when I select option 2 is says the number you have dialed in not available same with option one. Someone please advise if it would be better to cancel my insurance and maybe re-apply? I'm sick and tired of emailing Pinnacle Marketing every month and yet nothing is done. Please advise on a way forward that will suit me the most, SUPRISE ME THIS MONTH ADN SORT THIS OUT AS I'M TIRED OF YOUR UNFAIR TREATMENT TOWARDS YOUR SUCTOMERS, YOU HAVE ZERO CARE OF CUSTOMERS, SO MUCH FOR SUCTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
