WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE - MTN

If I could give a negative rating to MTN right now, I would do so. They send you from pillar to post with no assistance. It's beyond ridiculous!! I am trying to Port my current number to MTN but the service that I am receiving is beyond what I have ever experienced. They send you from pillar to post for 2 weeks and each time the service and answer they give you just gets worse and worse from one customer service agent to another. There is absolutely no care how they treat customers BUT they expect a salary at the end of the month. MTN if you don't jack up your customer service, you going to lose clients and the people that work there don't care of that should happen. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
