Worse customer service ever

Good day

I have a contract with MTN for over 6 years and this year when my contract ended they did not inform me that they will not be renewing my contract.

Now they Wana charge my month to month with triple the price of data...

I am trying to cancel and holding for the line over an hour...

I have send emails no response.
