Worse customer service ever

MTN has the worst customer service ever. The agents there they talk to clients like they talking to their friends. Very rude, no telephone etiquettes. I called on the 12th of May my Night bundle was not working and I was downloading it was deducting from my day bundle 1.2 GB was gone I and spoke to Evidence who was very rude and even transferred the call to another agent because I asked to talk to his manager. The following agent by the Name of Nkululeko acted as if she was assisting and told me that she is sending an email to her manager cause she's working from home and the manager will call back. 4 days later I haven't received any call from anyone.
