Worse customer service ever

Absolutely pathetic service. I was chased for days to take a contact now that it's time for the contract to be canceled I have been chasing mtn for more than a month. I have been to the walk in centers and have had multiple calls dropped on me from their retentions. I spoke to Mohammed and celene who both dropped calls on me. I have reached a point where I'm am so desperate that I will be canceling my debit orders. Please don't make a mistake and go to mtn for anything
