Worse customer service

I have upgraded 2 of my contract lines last week. I only received the mobile device however the Laptop is missing. I have phoned numerous times MTN to get answers. No one is willing to give me an answer and I'm transferred to one department to another. I have requested to speak to a supervisor which they plain just refuse to do. I have no other option than to report it to the Ombudsman
