WORSE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER RECEIVED!

I've been trying to cancel a contract with MTN for a month! Each time I get transferred to retention, the line either gets cut or the system is down. Eventually after throwing a fit, I got put through to Nosipho in Retentions!! WORSE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!This woman sounded drunk. Kept telling me my ID is wrong. I asked her name 4times before she actually gave it to me. I then requested her manager's email address or to be transferred to her manager, she said okay and dropped the line. Pathetic, what kind of agents are employed by MTN. They clearly don't care about their brand.
