Worse after Sales support

Just a classic hook and drop on after sales support, 2 weeks into waiting for a new device that was returned to MTN due to faulty device sold, No feedback or confirmation issue after spending 2 hours on call with MTN to check what's wrong with device. Honestly disappointed with the level of support received to date
