Workers unhelpfull
Good day,<br> <br> I went to Mtn Matlosana Mall on Monday to add a new contract on my existing contract to sit for more than an hour struggling with her to put the correct information on the computer that is right in front of her on a paper, to be told she will assist us tomorrow their system is off. She phoned me Tuesday during the day to ask a few questions then at 4pm I phoned to ask what is the progress as I'm impatiently waiting for a new contract, she said she is on lunch she will phone me in an hour, at 6pm I went to the shop again and still she hasn't done anything telling us she will phone us today. she phoned to tell me my contract has not been approved but can't tell me why and if some information is incorrect so that we can get a new contract
