work from home data its not internet data

I purchased data on the 14 june since it's load reduction on our side,work from home data for a week R20 for 250 MB,but when i access facebook it works or youtube . But then when i wanted to use one app i purchased data for it doesn't work when i call the call center the agent tells me i purchased an incorrect data ,its only for video call only like skype and all,but then i was buying it sad "get access to skype,webEX,google hangouts,zoom,ms teams and classroom". Oh well but if it sad only those one i wouldn'd have purchased it ,so MTN played with wording there ,like when i buy voice minutes it tells you all network or mtn to mtn,but this one didn't meantion limitations,now i have to buy more airtime ,thats BS.
