Worcester Mountain Mill horrible service and *****

<p>I'm writing this on behalf of my mother.</p> <p> </p> <p>She handed her phone in for repair already 4 months ago. After having followed up at the said branch numerous times, always getting the excuse that the repair centre is to blame because it is them who have the phone. </p> <p>I work in retail and MTN supplies us and after getting very frustrated my mother asked for my assistans.</p> <p>I contacted the repair centre who then confirmed my suspicion that the phone has indeed never been booked in for repair by the branch.</p> <p>Having given the branch this info they said that this is incorrect and that she should contact the repair centre again.</p> <p>I did this and all of a sudden the phone was miraclesly booked in. So I then questioned when they received the book in request, upon witch they said that the branch only booked the phone in today 23/12/2016. There for making the staff ***** and costing my mother 4months worth of paying for a contract and not being able to use the handset that comes with it. </p> <p>I there for request that disciplinary steps be taken against the staff and that my mother be refunded for 4months worth of payments due to all the frustration being caused. I also request that the handset in question be repaired and returned with in next week (no excuses of holidays will be accepted).</p> <p> </p> <p>All the above will be adhered to or I will be laying a complaint with the consumer council of South Africa.</p>
