Wont refund undelivered service - Bad Service, Bad company, Dont touch

They wont refund an un-delivered router sim card I ordered 5G online. I ordered and paid on the phone as their website was faulty, they got all my details wrong. I tried to correct with them but cancelled from initial bad service received and the service not activated. (was pre-paid). even though they mentioned 7 day return policy if service not working, I cannot get my refund back from them since 15 Aug 2024. Their phone system is fault, have to deal on email's. Got commitment and reference they would pay, they asked for more docs after the 30 days (stalling tack tick), yet now 2 months later, still nothing.
