Wont migrate the contract.

I was request by my employer to migrate his contract.Which I attempted once completing all the necessary documents and completing the process instore.My concern is that over a month down the line and nothing.Not a call,text or email.Over the passed month I have followed up on numerous occasions and have spoken to a score of people and received enough reference numbers to float a boat, but still no migration of contract nor has anyone contacted me or my employer.In a last ditched attempt to save this MTN contract I am reaching out to anyone before I just port the number to a company that would like the business.
