Wonderful service from MTN Brooklyn Mall

I went to MTN Brooklyn Mall (specifically the one by the Checkers) some time ago asking for an iPhone SE 2020, as I wanted to upgrade. I was informed that they did not have stock, but they took my number and advised that they would phine me back. I did not have very high hopes, but a couple weeks later I got a call from them saying that they had just gotten stock and that they would be keeping a phone for me if I was still interested. I went to the store that same day and Firoz and his team welcomed me with open arms. The system was a bit slow but they made up for it with warm, friendly chats and laughter. While I was there a couple customers came in and were all treated exceptionally well. I don't think I've ever had the pleasure of such a great customer service experience. I wasn't even aware that this store was there before, but now I would highly recommend this store to any and all patrons and will be returning there exclusively from now on.
