wonderful service by Shahil Singh

I have received an excellent service from Shahil Singh. My cellphone claim was pending for almost 4 months. I feel like he has gone out of his way to help me to speed up the process of my lost phone to my insurance company. I was taken from pillar to post by the MTN consultants in regards with my claim but with Shahil it only took him 3 days to resolve everything. I am now waiting for the delivery of my new handset mhhh after a very long time of not having any connection with the corporate world.
