What a horrid experience with Zelna today. The details of my many encounters with consultants in this store will be sent to head office but the mere manner in which this lady handled me today is unacceptable. Customers have the right to be upset when consultants just throw legalistic rules as a way of not trying to go the extra mile and when there is heaps of evidence on the system how many times this same problem has been addressed without any success. No joy at this branch and definitely no communication or de-briefs within the store between consultants. SHOCKING and very, very disappointing!
