Won't cancel my contract
At the end of May I went into Mtn and signed a form to cancel my contract, it is now 2 months later and nothing has been done! I have a \use your own"contract and was told I could cancel at anytime. I changed the contract into my name 3 years ago and whenever I try to do anything with the contract they tell me it is not in my name so I do not have the authority to do so. I do however have the authority to put a stop order on the account that they debit"

Apologies for the delayed response and inconvenience experienced, kindly note that the bring your own contract is still a contract that is valid for 24 months and should you wish to have the contract terminated early termination fees will still apply.
