WOLDS WORST NETWORK PROVIDER

If i could give no star on this app i would have.

Worst service received from MTN CALL CENTER staff and manager. (Can hear in their voice the lazy layback attitude not really wanting to assist)

Called in for an ITC reference number this morning was told that my number needs to migrated to some other product to be blacklisted and i have to call back after 1 hour and it will be sorted.

Called back and was said that the turn around time is 3-5 Business DAYS!!!

No manger is ever on the floor always in a meeting.

Keep in mind a police report needs to be done in 24-48 hours from date and time of lost! Police department does not assist without a ITC number.

STOP MAKING YOUR INTERNAL ISSUES THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEM.

I need an ITC reference number TODAY!
