With MTN INSURANCE I feel like I'm being ****med

I have returned a default phone received after claim, but I'm being sent pillar to post, I'm not getting an answer, is a month now without a phone and I don't know if I'll be answered, I think is better they bring back the default phone, so that I can cancel the insurance contract, cause I'm tired.
