My name is Tebogo Moloi, and I have been using Supersonic MTN Wireless for the past two years. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

The service is consistently unreliable ,when it’s not network issues, it’s billing problems. I currently have unexplained errors on my account, yet I’m the one expected to deal with the consequences of systems that are clearly not functioning properly.

What’s even more frustrating is the lack of support. I have made multiple calls trying to resolve these issues, but to date, I have received no meaningful assistance.

This is not just an inconvenience ,my wife works from home and depends on a stable internet connection, yet we are paying for a service that does not deliver.

At this point, I have lost confidence in Supersonic’s ability to provide a reliable service or competent customer support. Please cancel my subscription if there i cant be assisted

I would strongly caution others before signing up.
