WILLING TO LOSE SALES
I decided I wanted to purchase a Sony Xperia Z5 (not on contract, but cash). MTN advertises the phone for R11199.00 while Vodacom advertises for R10499.00. With this information, I opted to go to MTN (as my service provider) and ask them if I purchase the phone cash, can they offer the phone to me at the same price as Vodacom. The sales lady went to ask a guy (who didn't bother coming to me) and he simply said \NO". So I asked if they are willing to lose a R10499.00 sale (while dropping with R700.00) and the answer remained \""NO"
