WILL NOT TERMINATE CONTRACT!!!!!

After 4 emails. Numerous phone calls to 135 and a visit to the knysna branch. The contact has STILL NOT BEEN CANCELLED, and has now instead been changed to a smaller contract. WORST SERVICE EVER!
