Will never use MTN services ever in my life

I defaulted on my MTN account and in 2020 I settled the account and they gave me a settlement letter and promised to update credit bureaus but till this date they haven't.What frustrates me worse is a fact that it appears as if all this month's I haven't paid them. They don't deserve any star
