WILL NEVER USE MTN EVER

I have been trying the head office number, the 808 number, visited the stores in Sandton City and Forest hill, also called the stores and no one can help me. I am appalled at the service I have been getting, this is unacceptable. I understand that you guys are in the middle of a strike, but why wasn't there other measures put in place as a alternative. I need urgent response to my query. My contract comes to an end on 8th July 2015, I was asked to send a email to [Email Removed] but only to be told those people receiving my email are also on strike. I was to cancel my contract and also migrate my line to prepaid.<br> <br> I WANT FEEDBACK
