Will never recommend Mtn

WARNING. DO NOT USE MTN. NO CUSTOMER CARE. I app**** for a contract November last year and have been trying to cancell it since then. Can't get through to the correct department when phoning the customer care Nr. I was put through from department to department and ended up being put through to Vodacom. I went to a shop and they put a request for cancelation in but till today nothing has happened. And now the debit order went off for a R1100. The contract I app**** for was R299 pm. I am beyond fed up! I will never recommend Mtn to anyone!! Can't complain about customer service because there isn't any.
