Will MTN Do what they said, after I did what they wanted me to do.... Lets see
After all the problems, I decided to cancel the contract with MTN, It cost me an amount of R701.00 just to cancel. I did all the asked of me, lets see what they catch on next, because when I questioned the in store Mtn Consultant, i asked if they will be able to identify the money payed as the cancellation fee, or if they can mistake the money as just another installment for the month. He then advised that there is no way they will know what it is for unless i send an email to the MTN retention's with the proof of payment attached, and i did so yesterday, so lets see what they do next..... God-willingly they just cancel the contract......

02 Nov 2023, 13:24I just spoke to another consultant who informed me that The money I payed for cancellation and termination of my contract, has been confused as a monthly installment and not for the cancellation even after sending an email with the attached proof of payment stating that the cash payed is meant for the cancellation. Once again MTN has not done what they were supposed to do to my expense. I've done all that they requested of me and still they tend to ignore it, and just do what they want to with my hard earned cash. I am trying to inform them to rectify their error, but the retention's department repeatedly and conveniently ignore my calls in order to do so. These ******* methods of making money will be your own undoing. Can anyone help me please because this now is affecting my health, time and my hard earned cash. I just cant handle this **** anymore.
