Will I ever be migrated?

For the past 4 months I have been trying to migrate from contract to prepaid. Was told to call on specific days and it would be done in 7 days, it's 4 months later and am still waiting. I refuse to pay for a non- existent contract, all I want is to keep my number on prepaid.
