Will be seeing my Lawyer soon.
MTN deducted an amount of R1119.40 from my bank on the 20th of Feb. 2015. It was paid in December 2014 via debit order!. After a very lengthy email, sent on the 21st of Feb. to customer services, explaining all the problems relating to my account, I received an email, asking me if I wanted them to put in a request for my money to be paid back.<br> <br> A\request"! I beg you. I rep**** to the email the same day"
