Wifi speeds unacceptable

I have been a loyal customer for many years now and the last couple of months I have been struggling with the wifi speeds where it is to the point I can't even open up my internet browser. I am paying for 3 different wifi contracts and none of them are usable. I have tried to make contact with Mtn numerous times to try and sort the issue out and no one is getting back to me. If you pay for a 10MB/S line one would expect to get close to those speeds not 60KB/s like I am getting 90%of the time. I'm tired of paying for wifi that I can't use and the terrible service that they deliver nowadays
