Debit order did not run on the 4th of October as expected they then sent a link for me to pay, i did ( i always pay a month prior) meaning that the payment i made in October is for November , now my WIFI is switched off because i did not pay the payment i made is not reflecting, hows that possible because i authorized the payment???? when i call them they are saying i did not pay now where did the money go??

07 Nov 2024, 11:29Its been 4 days now and still have not received feedback, the consultants i speak to tell me different stories, one says my connection should be fine the other says ticket still open, the frustrating issue is that they keep asking for my proof of payment which i provide but they still cannot assist with my query.
