WiFi Service providers - MTN and Super Sonic

MTN and Super Sonic are the worst service providers I have ever experienced. I have never had any issues with Open Serve and Afrihost including Metro Fibre and Afrihost. Now that we moved we had to be on MTN Fibre and Super Sonic by force because MTN is the only fibre in the complex and by default we have to use Super Sonic. They do not stick to their turn around times. I reported the No Internet last week Wednesday. Nothing… I reported the slow speed issued last week Friday. Still nothing. I’ve called numerous times to report the problem. Response: We will I get our technicians to sort it out. Please check you WiFi speed. WiFi speed is on 6.9 instead of the 100 up and own I’m paying for.

I’m also wasting my airtime to resolve their issues.

This is ridiculous!

We are being bul**** into using certain service providers that don’t deliver and they get away with it all the time.

The inconvenience of this is massive. Myself and my wife missed meetings because of this BS. Our reputations are at stake because of MTN and Super Sonic.

WiFi is like having toilet paper in your house hold these days. I am truly disgusted by this, hence the analogy.

I hate what I’m going through now with these service providers. They just don’t understand that we could loose our jobs from their no efficiencies. Our main reason for WiFi is work and everything thing else follows.
