Wifi home router ****!!!

We bought a wifi router last year, It worked well until we had to pay speed recovery (it was never communicated with us that at some point we have to pay for recovery data) . On the 1st Feb 2026 our data was allocated which is supposedly 630gb, We only use The 330 because the other 300gb requires 5g, how could they make us pay for 5g data whereas we have 4g in our area? Even the 330 gb we're left with 80 gb but we only use 108 gb out of 330gb. Mind you we were never told about any of this when we purchased it. So basically we pay R430 for 330 gb, use 108gb then it's over. That's a ****, it's either MTN gives us suitable data that we pay for our 4g area or bring back our money.
