Wifi faulty

Ref BO***. I bought a mtn wifi6 on contract from mtn last year. Since I have had it I cannot connect vie wifi. First they rell me there is tower problems. Then I do not know how to work it. Then 2 days ago I drove 200kms to nearest mtn. Spend 2 and half hours there to get problem sorted. First a Sim swap then wifi is faulty. Eventually they said everything is working but Sim does not communicate with wifi. I was told it would be resolved in 25 hours. I called again to be told it could take 5 days. Now I can use my data via data share but still not on wifi for which I am paying and cannot use all my data thus way. Now I am at a loss as I am paying for something I cannot use and no one is helping me
