WiFi down

My WiFi has been down for 8 says now. I've been on the phone with them for 7 days. Got told I have to go to a mtn store. The fiddled with my router and gave it back to me. Still not working. Then I phoned and got tol to switch it off for 15min. If it didn't work I should call by. After 15 min it was a no go. Tried to call back just to find out that they have closed🤬😡. Stil no WiFi .....
