Wifi disconnecting non stop for 6 days

Mtn wifi uncapped is nearly a week, 6 days actually giving so much problems and I'm sure everyone that has this service is fed up. Watching Netflix is a nightmare, picture not clear. Wifi cuts out every minute and reload 3 min. Wifi was off this evening. When you phone and want to ask what is going on, nobody answer or can tell you when the service is going back to normal. This is a service I pay for. Step up. Very uphappy. You get home want to relax and not experience frustrations.
