WIFI CONTRACT NOT LOADED

I have a WIfi data contract with MTN , my data was not loaded yesterday and yet it was the 1st of the month . I checked and my Debit Order was not processed . I have tried the whole day yesterday to call the call centre with no answer . ThIs is frustrating as i need to work and i dont have internet connection because of MTN . This has severe consequenses on my job if i dont work than i will not get paid . MTN why are you doing this to us at such a crucial time of Lockdown ? YOU have really failed us as the customers and the time we needed you the most .
