Dear mtn south africa, can you assist urgently i recently found out that my mtn wifi contract was not cancelled from last year and i owe you guys a large amount of money, i called your client service last year spoke to consultant who promise to assist on the matter after i saw debit orders going off my account after my contract ended, this is super frustrating to know that my credit record is affected because of this, i'm a goood paying client never defalted on any payment what also frusting is that your agents are not sure what they doing and the worse part they drop call on my ear today after failing to provide with correct information, please assist my id number ***- contract number in question ***.
