Wifi canceled

So my husband paid our wifi cash on the first of december as he had trouble with his bank. The debit order was only due on the 4th. Mtn cut our wifi bit they are sitting on our payment for december. In the past we have done it this way but now over the holidays they are doing this. Moving to new network. Poorest service ever from Mtn
